Hello.
I have GLPI 10.0.2 version.
I have 1 question about TTR change: recently I changed SLA values. Will it affect Time to resolve values for already existing tickets (that were created before SLA change)?

Probably. It would probably be best to create new SLA/OLAs instead of changing existing ones.
