Auto-Lock Mode

Hello community, where do I set the blocking times?

The lockdown mode is annoying but we need it.

Is there the possibility of automatic unlocking after 24 hours or so or a manual blocking of the ticket?

Yes. Simply enable the "unlockobject" automatic action and configure the "Timeout to force unlock (hours)" and run frequency as desired.

We have identified an issue with ticket locking: when the user navigates back in the browser, the ticket is not unlocked. This means "unlockobject" does not apply in this case.

Unfortunately, our employees often do this as it is easier to navigate back and forth in the browser tab.

What other options are there to work around this problem?
