How add user data to mail template

I need to enter additional personal data in the notification template.
With #ticket.authors## the name is entered.
Can you enter your personal data? For example, phone number or address.

Furthermore, additional fields (using additioanl fileds plugin) can be added to the notification template?

Unfortunately you would have to put it by hand.I wouldn't bring the other information

The manual states that with ##<object>.<field>## you can insert the fields for the field value of a GLPI object. Is there only visibility of the ticket object and not also the user one?

The list of valid tags for a notification can be found by clicking the "Show available tags" button above the template text fields. If a tag is not shown there, it cannot be used.
Some tags are "arrays" or a collection of items and can be used with FOREACH tags (see documentation). The available tags page will show you the available fields on the individual items of a collection too.
