Good morning,
I would like to make a fairly simple rule, I am using the latest GLPI, community edition. I have users with locations and categories set. I would like it to set the same location for the ticket in the e-mail coming from this user based on their location/category (which are the same). At the moment, all tickets created via email are set to undefined locations. ( ---- )
I will be grateful for your help!

But i dont see in actions any way to modify tickets location
All i see is Unit or Reject Email (6 options total in Actions).

Mail collector rules are only for entity assignments and optionally rejecting imported emails. After that, the regular Business Rules for Tickets apply.
Rule: Ticket Location From User
Criteria:
1. Location > does not exist
2. Requester location > exists
Actions:
1. Location > copy from user
If you want it to only apply to imported email tickets, add the criteria "Mails receiver is X" (for a specific receiver) or "Mails receiver exists" (for any collector).
