Hi, i am using from long time GLPI ticket system.
Most of my users are answering from the web, but some of them would like to can answer from mail.
They are getting mails from notification system, but if they answer the mail is treated as to refuse
Probably I don't have correct rules.
Can someone help with it?
Maybe screens what type of criteria and actions should be?

Are email followups enabled in Setup > Notifications?
