always-on private tracking

Hello, when I create a follow-up I always have the private lock activated.
I don't know where to touch so that it is deactivated by default

The option is in your user preferences.

As you say in the user it can be deactivated.
but I have found that all users have it activated.
I have a problem, without 200 users.
Is there a way to disable it all at once?

The default value for this option can be changed in Setup > General on the Default Values tab.
If users didn't change the setting in their preferences, I believe that they will use whatever you set as the default.

Thank you, it is already solved in the general options, I take advantage of this other one.
When they open a ticket by mail, the images are placed separately, the message on one side and the icons as many as the mail has.
example:
message-image1-image2
Is there a way to enter the mail and create the ticket with the email body in one.
