Hello,
Since we migrate our GLPI server in 10.0.3 version, we have some tickets (that we create via mail) who appear with empty requester.
I've already checked my templates/components/itilobject/selfservice.html.twig as the case "no requester when a ticket created by self-service #11328" on the GLPI github, but I do have the necessary lines present.
The problem is rather random, a user can create a ticket correctly while his next ticket appears without a requester.
I have LDAP synchronization with my GLPI, which is in version 10.0.3.
Does anyone have any ideas about this problem?
