Hi!
When someone close a ticket I get the ticked closed notification via email, that's ok, however at the same time I get a followup notification about the same ticket via email too.
I don't want to disable the followup notification entirely. How can I change this behaviour so that it doesn't create followup notification on closing a ticket?
Interestingly resolving a ticket doesn't create a followup notification.

Maybe the destination of the mail is the same mail used to collect them, so the collector threat it as an update.
