Child Entitites toggle not working?

Hi,

In Setup\Dropdowns\ITILCategories if I select any category and check the "Child Entities" visibility toggle to on it gets stuck and can't revert the toggle to off after hitting the save button.
Is this a bug or am I missing something?

I'm on v10.0.2.

Can anyone reproduce this? Is it a bug or am I missing something?

Are there things using this category?
If so, you cannot make it non-recursive due to how it would affect the linked items.

The "i" icon in that box should tell you why you cannot change it when you hover over it.

Hi,

Nothing is using this category. When hovering the togle only shows "Change visibility in child entities".
I've checked in other places this toggle and the same thing happens (Groups, forms, SLAs, etc) and I have the same behaviour - once enabled I cannot disable it. So it look like a system wide problem.
Any ideas?

I don't remember if the messages were in 10.0.2 or not.
10.0.7 is the latest bug fix release though for 10.0, so I recommend upgrading. A lot has been fixed since 10.0.2 was released almost a year ago.

Just updated from v10.0.2 to v10.0.7 and after some tests, the problem does not happen, so seems it was fixed in one the previous versions.
