Hello,
We have an email account that is experiencing login issues in GLPI and, as a result, the application is not receiving new emails to create new tickets.
We have reviewed the configuration with the support team and everything appears to be correct. Therefore, we believe that the issue may be due to Microsoft not allowing basic logins (username/password).
Has anyone else experienced this? Do you know where the problem could be?
