Hi,
Is it possible to assign a dynamic "Self-Service" user as a "Technician" also? The user was created via LDAP synch with Active Directory.
I have given the appropriate authorizations however the user cannot see all tickets when testing with the impersonation option, only his own.
Currently the user's settings are the following:
Root entity Self-Service (D)
Root entity Technician (R)

You can mark this thread as solved. It was assigned correctly. I had to switch between the different authorizations on the user menu in the top right corner.
