Image aren't display when sent by mail collector
hello friends, I have the following problem, version 10, when I send an email to glpi and it becomes a ticket with an attached image, I cannot see this image inside the ticket, it comes out as an unavailable image

Hello,
does the webserver user have write access to the file subfolder in glpi?
does the filesize of the image fit to the value in "Default file size limit imported by the mails receiver"? You can find this setting in glpi -> setup -> general -> aasistance

I also have the same problem. I have 2 mail systems Iredmail and Lotus Note. While the Iredmail work correctly, the Lotus Note send image as attachment. I don't exactly know what is the different between 2 mail systems but this very weird.

On your email receiver, you have to specify an allowed size for imported files or else he won't import anything.
