GLPI does not allow assigning more than one technician to a ticket in version 10.0.5. Does anyone have a solution, or went through the same thing?

You can install Behaviours plugin:
https://github.com/yllen/behaviors
It has "Single technician and group" option where you can set it to No.

I'm also on version 10 and this plugin works just fine.

GLPI doesn't limit the number of technicians/groups assigned to tickets. The behavior is likely from a plugin that is installed such as escalade.

I installed the behaviors, but the problem persists of not being able to assign more than one technician to the ticket. Do I have to configure anything after installing the plugin?
