Hi guys,
Sorry if this has been answered before... but some quick google'ing hasen't turned anything up.
I've gone through the Email tags that you can use in notification templates, but I haven't seen anything that would utilize simply the ticket author's first name.
Is there any way to accomplish this?
I'd like to start the e-mail template with "Hi <first name>", as I feel aesthetically that it gives out a more personal touch than using the full name.
