Hi,
Is there any way to create a ticket from Form based on answer to the question?
I am using forms mostly for a new members joining our company. So for a member is much more user friendly fill 1 form which create a multiple ticket based on answers to questions than need to fill a several forms. But I also dont want to be overcrowded by no needed tickets.
For example form contain these steps where each step is solving by another team:
Computer: yes / no
AD acc: yes / no
Exchange acc: yes / no
VPN: yes / no
So required is, if a member fill...
Computer: no
AD acc: yes
Exchange acc: no
VPN: yes
Than create 2 tickets. 1 for AD team and 1 for VPN team. But not more than that 2 tickets. But...
Or if a member fill...
Computer: yes
AD acc: yes
Exchange: yes
VPN: yes
Than create all 4 tickets for all 4 teams. etc.
Is possible to configure form like this?
I am using FormCreator 2.9.1 in test and 2.8.5. in prod.

Good question regarding those "ticket per answer" connections... Maybe some collective thought may help here?
What we know:
- we're able to set as many targets as we'd like, there seem to be no limit; we can also set those targets to different groups - yet still: all would get a copy when the source form is completed
- the only thing inside that is "configurable" is the contents of the fields, that may for example enrich those tickets by per-answer options - like category driven by the answer (which must also be the category drop down)
Maybe there is some field or switch undiscovered yet, that would for example inhibit creation of a ticket (even if a target exists) based on the contents?

Is it possible make a dependance between targets?
When a target (ticket) is resolved create the another target.
I Have create two targets in one form, whith a relacion "father-son", but the two tickets are created at once.

I have 1 form that creates different tickets, with different topics and sends to different people depending on the answer to the selected questions.
