1. Is it possible in a new ticket, at the first comment of the processing engineer, to set its status automatically to "Assigned to" and assign it to the one who left the comment?
2. There is a warehouse with computers (and other equipment) in it. It is necessary to provide the end user with the opportunity to view the list of available and order a computer (or any other equipment) by request.
It is not suitable to work with reservation, because the user does not temporarily receive, but on a permanent basis until dismissal or return for some reason.

The behaviors plugin has an option to automatically assign technicians after they respond to the ticket. Assigning a user automatically updates the status.
