Hello,
I'm trying to remove the "type" field from the "Create a ticket" page as all of my tickets will have the same type (Request). How could I do that ? If it's not possible, would it then be possible to restrict the choices of this field to "Request" only ?

It is not possible to hide the Type field for Tickets or restrict the choice.
If you want, you can make a suggestion on GLPI's UserEcho page for it to be considered for a future version.
