Hello,
I was just given the responsibility for maintaining and/or improving our organization's GLPI and this is new to me.
I'm wondering if it is possible to add the Approval Request button/field in the Simplified Interface for a Ticket template.

It should show automatically if the user has the permission to create a validation request. This is in their profile (Administration > Profiles) under the Assistance tab.

Create for request for Validations was already enabled. Users who are submitting a ticket can only have the option to enable Approval request or add a user or a group for approval if the interface is Standard Interface. However, if it is Simplified, they need to submit the ticket first then access it again to request for approval. I want to know if it is possible to enable Approval request or add a user or a group for approval for Simplified Interface.

That is not something that can be added to the initial ticket form at this time.
