Hi,
I changed the phrase of the e-mail response of the tickets in my language file "it_IT.po" and i trasformed to "it_IT.mo".
I reloaded the files in "locales" but I am left with the previous sentence.
How come? what am I doing wrong?
Thank you

Hello,
Translations are cached so you may need to clear the GLPI cache.
With the GLPI CLI tool, you can use the "glpi:cache:clear" command to clear the translations cache.

I went to bin and ran the following command:
"php console glpi:cache:clear" but it is not found.
It proposes this to me: "system:clear_cache".
once started it reports me: it has cleared the cache successfully.
But if I try again the old sentence still comes out.
