Hello all,
is there somebody who know, how to assign an appliance into a ticket?
The appliance is not listed neither "My devices" nor "Or Complete Search" combobox under ticket's tab "Items", even it is checked as "Associable to a Ticket" in appliance detail pane.

Individual item types can be configured to be associable within the Assistance tab of profiles.
