Hi Team,
I am facing a wired issue with GLPI 10 as well 9.5.
I have created a group and added users as members of that group(IT-admin). Also I have computers and added that computer in the same IT-admin group.
The problem is when I open any group member "Users - Used Items" I can see respective users assigned computers as well as other group members' assigned computers as well. which is very confusing.
Please help me on this. how to remove/hide group members computers details under users used items
Type Entity Name Serial number Inventory number Status
Computers Root entity 1XXXXX XXXXXXXX In Use User
Type Entity Name Serial number Inventory number Status
Type Entity Name Serial number Inventory number Status
Computers Root entity 2YXXXXX XXXXXXXXXXXXX In Use Group = IT-admin
Computers Root entity 3YXXXXX XXXXXXXXXXXXX In Use Group = IT-admin
Computers Root entity 4YXXXXX XXXXXXXXXXXXX In Use Group = IT-admin
Type Entity Name Serial number Inventory number Status
Thanks in advance.

It seems to me that this is intended functionality and it cannot be changed.
An example use case could be that there is a department that is located together physically and share a printer.
You have a group that represents this department and assign the printer to the group.
Now when you want to see what printer one of those users uses, you can see it in this tab.
The same is true for the Managed Items tab. I can see items that an individual user is responsible for as well as items they are responsible for based on their groups (Ex: Server Admins group).

But this function is not available in 9.4 version. I am not sure if I have explained my issue properly.
1- I have Group call IT-Admin and have 50 users added in that group.
2- We have 50 Laptop which we assigned to all 50 users and also add Computer -> Group -> IT-Admin
3- Now if we open any of the user profiles and go to used items, Ideally I should see only 1 laptop assigned to the respective user. But I can see all 50 other laptops below in used items too.
I don't want to all others laptop details.
Type Entity Name Serial number Inventory number Status (I want to see only this entry as this laptop assigned to this user)
Computers Root entity 1XXXXX XXXXXXXX In Use User
Type Entity Name Serial number Inventory number Status
Type Entity Name Serial number Inventory number Status (Dont want see all 50 laptops under a user used items)
Computers Root entity 2YXXXXX XXXXXXXXXXXXX In Use Group = IT-admin
Computers Root entity 3YXXXXX XXXXXXXXXXXXX In Use Group = IT-admin
Computers Root entity 4YXXXXX XXXXXXXXXXXXX In Use Group = IT-admin
Type Entity Name Serial number Inventory number Status
Thanks
