Hi.
I thought it was a problem after updating GLPI 10, but I restored to 9.5.6 and I can't uninstall either. In the marketplace > clicked on uninstall > only spinning, no action and I can't change page - all is block (restart apache helps).
I tried to delete the folder, but no changes - there is the "clean" option, which is only spinning when clicked.

Hi
I had the same problem, I upgraded to php 8.1, in the process I also made a full update (sudo yum update), the problem was resoved. I bet that what resolved the problem was the php upgrade, you could try that first. I'm using glpi with MariaDB in a Centos 7.
Good luck

From php-errors.log:
[2022-04-28 13:18:54] glpiphplog.CRITICAL: *** PHP Error (1): Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /var/www/html/glpi/inc/dbmysql.class.php at line 500

Two uninstall attempts, two different entries.
Now I'm waiting for the result of the uninstall attempt with the time set to 1200.

Yes!
/etc/php/x.x/apache2/php.ini
max_execution_time = 1200
Uninstallation from marketplace did not go completely well. I had to delete the directory manually and use the cleanup option.
