Testing- business rule working, but not send requester group manager. Help me

I confirm - I have 9.5.6 with this problem.
Can someone with version 9.5.7 or 10 check if the problem is resolved?
1. Administration > Groups > choose any > Users tab > if no user from the group has the manager status - set it to any one.
2. Administration > Rules > Business rules for tickets > Add new > Action > Approval request to requester group manager Send Yes
3. Create new ticket matching the criteria of the created rule.
4. Has the manager received the approval notification?
And the bonus question - what about a user who is a member of several groups with different managers? Will the application be sent to everyone?
