Hi All,
Right now we have these placeholders for solution:
##ticket.solution.approval.author## Approver
##ticket.solution.approval.date## Solution rejection date
##ticket.solution.approval.description## Solution rejection comment
##ticket.solution.description## Solution
##ticket.solution.type## Solution type
##ticket.solvedate## Date of solving
Solution is just special form of followup with date, description and ...author, which we miss right now.
I format followups like "Author, date: comment", but for solution it looks like it came from noone. Of corse, I can use ##ticket.assigntousers##, but it's not always true that solution author and ticket's owner is same person and we can have multiple assignees.
So would be great to have ##solution.author## as well.
Multiple GLPI instances. Thanks to developers!

when a resolved ticket get approved by the requester he became the ##ticket.lastupdater##, so this is not the solution.
I am seeking a solution if the ticket is closed by the Requester himself.
