Is there a way to assign a ticket to a group instead of a user?
I can assign to a specific user by using the users_id_recipient, but i can't figure out how to assign to a group directly.
i've tried with groups_id_recipient, but it stills assignes the ticket to me.

to assign ticket to a group use this :
_groups_id_assign

That worked!
But it still assigned me as well, can i somehow make it only assign the group?
Or maybe remove myself after creation?

My settings (click on your name top right of the screen)> personalization (tab) >Pre-select me as a technician when creating a ticket =NO
