Hello,
we use GLPI 0.72.4 very fine program.
But we would not use frontend for answering.
Instead we would communicate via email.
Ticktes or questions from the users comes over one emailadress to an group of technican (imported vom LDAP).
AND parallel via email (from glpi) to all technican to outlook.
The first technican who answers via Outlook e-mail, should auto assign the ticket.
how can i do that?

This could be a wonderful feature?
First person who answers, this is the person who assigned the ticket.
maybe we can put this in the feature list?
Or can i vreate a rule?
Or a writing a script?
