Helpdesk - suggestion request

Hello at all,
I want to request a suggestion about a situation that we have and we want to solve using GLPI.
Sometime a thecnician receive as job the installation of new complete station.
Now for this job he needs to assign a part of job ( for example the creation of user mail account ) to another person/company.
Is possible to concatenate theese requests. I have try to add and planning a comment to the first helpdesk selecting the name of technician but he has not receive any email or planning.

With glpi 0.7 a plugin 'install' can do that

Do you know when the new version 0.7 stable will be out?
