Hi.
Can anyone tell me if it is possible to have a single GLPI installation for the service center of an entire company. The intention is for the user to open calls for IT, for the building maintenance sector, for the human resources sector, etc. Is there a problem with this type of usage (Reports, for example)? It's possible?

Sure you can do it !
have 2 profiles : one for requester ( post only), one for technicians ( each technicians should only see tickets assigned to his group)
create one group for each sector :ie G_buildin, G_Huma-ressources, G_IT
then assign each ticket to corresponding group then technician will only see tickets assigned to his sector and requestors, can create a ticket for each sector
you can set automatic assignement

Hi,
Using groups is a good approach. Using entities to enable a company wide department isolation is much more powerful.
