Hi, I am able to setup multiple escalation levels in Service level configuration. But I want the each of these instance to be triggered to different recipients. Currently, only 'automatic reminders of sla' which is associated with 'Ticket Recall' works on this but this way there can be only 1 set of recipients. Is there an alternate to achieve what I want?

Unfortunately not! But I learnt from a colleague that there might not be an alternate in this case. Recipient list cannot be aligned to the levels of escalation.
