I have set 3 escalation levels for time to resolve is 30 minutes
1 level -10
criteria is if ticket status is not solved
action send SLA notification email
2 Level +10
criteria is if ticket status is not solved
action send SLA notification email
3 Level +30
criteria is if ticket status is not solved
action send SLA notification email
but i and getting only one notification when time left is -10 rest two notification are not receiving
can any one help me why rest two are not working.
