Hello.
For earlier apologize for my English.
I see a problem in versions 9.4.0-9.4.2. Receive mail freezes. Mailgate has been in "Running" mode for an infinitely long time. After stopping the hung process, it automatically runs and does it successfully. After a while, it freezes again (a few hours). In the cron.log writes: "Unable to lock database".
Run mode mailgate: CLI
Run mode queuednotification: CLI
What could be the problem?

Hi again, just report that i found my solution for that.
I change the interval to 15 min in GLPI and setup the cron job to 5 min.
This works now fine without problems. The problem is that sometimes the database locking is still running, sometime the unlock take longer than 5min.

I have the same problem with version 9.1. Several times a day cron mailgate crashes in running status. Has anyone had this same problem? I don't know what it can be.

Hi there. I have the same problem.
I could identified that this happens when a mail in the inbox has a file attachment or a inline image, but it doesn't reports any error on error log.
Any ideas?
My version is 9.4.4
