Add field and make a request...!

Hello

First of all, I want to say that I am a beginner in the use of glpi and also in programming.

My goal is to add a field on the page of creation / visualization of the tickets and to include a request in this last one. The goal is to associate a ticket with a customer present in my database.

After doing some research, I came across this tutorial ( http://glpi-plugins.readthedocs.io/en/latest/fields/) , the latter explains how to add a field but I can not include a query (or I did not find).

I would like to add a field with a drop-down menu that would display all the clients of my database. It's been a while since I tried, in vain, to find a solution ..

Do you have any leads to guide me or a solution? Thank you in advance.

For information: Version GLPI 9.1.3

why dont you consider  to use requester group as customer ?
