Create new call type

Hi guys,

I need to create a new type of call with the name "Improvement", besides the ones that already exist (requestion and incident), how could I do this?

you can't, unless you rewrite glpi's core.

improvement is a request so, you can play with category :

improvement>categ1
improvement>categ2
categ3
categ4
