If I hidden fields on ticket template it shows html td

When I hide fields on ticket template, the tbody does not disappear

Good Morning,

When the field is set to "Hidden Fields" it will be hidden in the Standard and Simplified Interface.

Refresh the settings.

Yes, the fields is hidden and it not shows but the tbody tag shows without

i think, agracia means when fields are hident there is a big "hole" wich is not very "beautiful". right ? fiels are hidden but the empty row remains

You can't do anything: hole appears if the field is hidden
