Hi all,
I have a problem with documents, i'll try to explain:
1) I recieve a ticket #1134 as example. There are some attached documents, I am loggined in the system as a specialist. The documents are not availeble, I can't open it.
2) When I log in as Super-Admin I am able to open all the documents. But the file is a document to another ticket #64, you can see this at the screenshot below
It seems the problem is with files have the same names. Can I fix this?
When I click to associated files - there are a lot of associated tichets
