I want to set up a ticket with automatic SLA. So, I should add in the criteria tab the call category. And on the action tab the SLA and SLT. But it does not work, can anyone help me?

Hi everyone, is easy the solution: Is just go -->Administration -->Profiles --> Get de Administration tab and finaly clic on Rules (all privilegies).
