How to add date to Task

Hello,

I'm new to glpi and it's a great program.

I'm using tickets and tasks to register user helpdesk requests.

Sometimes, tasks are registered on different days that they were executed.

How can I have the date field in tasks to put the real task execution date (otherwise it used the current date)?

Thank you
Manuel

Re: How to add date to Task

Yes GLPI use the current date of the task creation

CentOS 6.5 - CentOS 7.x
PHP 5.6 - PHP 7.x - MySQL 5.6  - MariaDB 10.2 + APC + oOPcache
GLPI from 0.72 to dev version

Re: How to add date to Task

Is it possible to add it to the form and allow user changes?

Re: How to add date to Task

You can use the the plugin FIELDS (0.9.x version) - https://github.com/pluginsGLPI/fields to customize. Works fine.

Re: How to add date to Task

Hello,

I have the same problem than mfonseca. It is even worse with v10.
Before you were able to change date when updating (not when introducing a new owe) but this field has dissapeared with V10.
Could you please, GLPi team, give this funciontality?
Is there a workaround?

Thanks in advance,
Joan
