Hi,
is it possible to automatically have GLPI notify managers of a ticket?
By this I mean, to be able to forward a ticket to an employees manager, so that the manager can "authorise" (sign off) a ticket.
I use the helpdesk partially to allow users to request PCs/phones etc, and anything > £200 needs a manager to sign off on the purchase. So I'd like to see if I could automate this a bit.

My French isn't all it used to be (and even then it was rubbish).. But if you need some help with translation let me know..

Is the next version stable enough to start playing around with? I went to the development site and do not see any open tickets against it.
Also, how easy is it for some non French speaking users to contribute to development? I have been playing around with google translator so that I can get a better feel for what is going on, but it still seems crude.
