Hi,
thank you for the new version and the new features. Especially the new profile-manager is great to have. in my installation the speed of display inventory-details is much faster than in 0.65 :-)
But there are two things that i would like to have:
- In helpdesk it is possible to dedicate a call to an external supporter. it would be nice to have a field for an external support-id...
- In network-environment there are internal and external connections. external connections (like DSL, ATM, CableModem,...) are connected with a routerport. Is it possible to manage these ext. connections in glpi? i think about a management like "contracts", but these must be able to connect to the router-port...

for the most of our equipment we have external support-contracts. if it is not possible to solve a problem by ourselves, the external firm will be contacted. in most cases the ext. firm will give a call-id. I want to handle this Call-id as a secondary ID in this glpi-ticket...

while managing printers in glpi it would be nice to have the possibility to add devices to printers like add. SheetFeeder, DuplexOption,...
an example for what i nearly mean is implemented in managing computers - ad internal device...
