Good afternoon.
I have the following problem:
My CATEGORY field is required , so you can not create a manual TICKET Uncategorized .
But when I create the TICKET via email the system is allowing closes it without CATEGORY.
I'm using 0.85.1

Where is linked you template? with category? with profile? with entity?

Does anyone here use very opening called by e- mail ?
When a call is manually open the fields Category , Title and description are required. And they may not be created without these fields .
But when a call is opened via E -mail, not only the call can be created as terminated without the required fields
I'm now using 0.85.2
