I have 12 active entities in my GLPI. Recently I've noticed that some tickets were opened in one entity, but was queued in other entity. For example: I opened a ticket inside entity 9 , using a category of this entity. When I searched for this ticket, I found it inside the entity 0, with the correct category of the entity 9. Someone has the same problem? My GLPI version is 0.85.

Do you have business rules ?
Are you sure that when you create the ticket and selecting the requester the entity defined is the good one ?
