Hi there, we are testing different versions of GLPI, and have found what we think is a bug. On version 0.84.8, when a technician views the ticket list, the filter just above the table can be used to only show "tickets assigned" "to my group". The filter is, in fact, very long, you can select many different views.
On 0.85 version, the same filter only shows a short list of options, been the "show my group tickets" combination not available.

Uou don't have a criteria in the search engine for ticket assigned to my group.
The critera is Assigned To Group of technicians.
So it's all ticket with a group of technicians assigned, so it can be long.
You can filter also on the status of the ticket.
