Notifications mail, url that does not work

Greetings to everyone.

os = freebsd 10
glpi = 0.84.4,1 (from port)


The problem is as follows.

When it comes  to the ticket by mail, contains a url that does not work.

Example  URL : http://192.168.110.128/glpi/index.php?r … 3&noAUTO=1

symptoms
long open (+- 2 minutes)
Then ERR_CONNECTION_RESET


configured ldap
receiver mail
logs clean (maybe not looking in the right place)
I do not know what to do. I would be glad for any help.

We have same url in email notifications. So it's correct. Maybe your web server configured only to have access via hostname.
In this case you should change "URL of the application" in general settings.

Also check browser proxy settings.
