The problem is as follows.

Then ERR_CONNECTION_RESET
configured ldap
receiver mail
logs clean (maybe not looking in the right place)

We have same url in email notifications. So it's correct. Maybe your web server configured only to have access via hostname.
In this case you should change "URL of the application" in general settings.
Also check browser proxy settings.
