Hi all,
I juste created a Business rule for ticket.
This rule assign a specific group to all tickets but it's not working and I don't know why.
Criteria :
Logical Operator : OR
Child Entities : YES
Active : YES
Request Source : Email or Request Source : Helpdesk
Action :
Assign to group Grp_technique
When I test with the "test rule engine" it works, but when we open new ticket by email it's not working. Somebody know why or can you reproduce this ?
