GLPI version 0.83.7 on CentOS
I have SLAs and SLA notifications activated.
The "slaticket" cron job executes on deleted tickets. In my view, it should not. The tickets are deleted, and we keep them just as a backup.
Discussion:
The SLA levels for tickets are in "glpi_slalevels_tickets".
Should GLPI delete the SLA levels for that ticket when the ticket is deleted? If so, the actions are lost if the ticket is restored.
If ticket deletion is a two stage process, all the associated data for the ticket should be deleted on ticket purge and check to make sure the ticket is not deleted.
