Hi
trying to set recurrent ticket. I added a new tamplate of ticked and when I create a recurrent ticket i chosen it.
My settings
active - yes
Start date
End date
Periodicity - 1h
And nothing...

I have no idea where to look for any logs what is wrong. Please help.
I excute a automatic action ticketrecurrent -> 0 Action completed, no processing required
Anybode use it?

I have exactly the same problem...I tried too change run mode from glpi and cli (with cron), and cron.log said it is working, but nothing happens, no new tickets...I already set a ticket template in the recurring ticket, I need some hint...

Have you assigned a model of ticket and defined this model

"Model of ticket" is different from "ticket template"? I assign a new ticket template as i said, but dont work, surely i am doing something wrong, but i did not find the problem...
