Change GLPI confirmation email text

Hi, we have been using GLPI since recently and it runs very fast and stable.

I have received a question about the standard GLPI confirmation text:

"Is it possible to make the alert email look different when it’s a user who logged it ?"

Hello,
What do you call 'confirmation text'. Is it the email sent to ticket creator or what?
Then of course, you can change it, look at notification templates.
We are using a template found on internet (and we've changed it a little bit), but basically remains the same.
