Hi,
I'd like that my users could be able to see all the tickets created by people in their groups so that when they want to open a new ticket they can see if someone else near to them has already reported that problem.
I've seen that with behaviours plugin I could force the requester group to be the first group of the requester: http://www.glpi-project.org/forum/viewt … p?id=28837
but is there any other way to do it?

I've done this by groups (departments) added all users appropriately and then added the requester's group to the notifications.
