Hello all,
I am interested in using helpdesk.html for my users, in order for them to be able to anonymously open tickets. However, when a ticket is entered in the helpdesk.html form and "Submit" is pressed, the user is brought to the GLPI login screen.
Searching around in the english forums here it seems that other users are able to accomplish this without a problem, so perhaps it is something permission related. Upon installation, I have disabled the built-in GLPI accounts (glpi, normal, post-only, tech). Should perhaps these be enabled in order for the helpdesk submission to work

You must allow anonymous ticket creation in GLPI (Setup > General > Assistance
CentOS 6.5 - CentOS 7.x
PHP 5.6 - PHP 7.x - MySQL 5.6 - MariaDB 10.2 + APC + oOPcache
GLPI from 0.72 to dev version
Certifiée ITIL (ITV2F, ITILF, ITILOSA)

That did it! I definitely feel a little dumb for overloooking the relevant option. Then again, the GLPI panel *is* full
Changing subject line to [SOLVED], please close this thread and thanks again.
